Our commitment

Canadian Games wants everyone to be able to browse and shop on canadiangames.ca, including people with disabilities. We are working to make our website accessible and easy to use, guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

What we do

  • We add descriptive alt text to product images.
  • We use clear headings, readable text and colour contrast that we check as we update the site.
  • We aim to make menus, the cart and forms usable with a keyboard and screen readers.
  • Our checkout is provided by Shopify, which maintains its own accessibility programme.

Known limitations

Some content, such as older images, videos or third-party features, may not yet be fully accessible. We are reviewing these and improving them over time.
